Today is Thursday and most of the aches and pains from the race are now gone. Headed to the pool for a relaxing 60 minute swim with some stroke drills and then for a easy pace 30 minute run.
In the future post my runs will be described as :
EP-easy pace which is the pace most of the marathon at Wisc will be ran.
MP-Marathon pace
HMP-Half marathon pace
TP-threshold pace
