===========================================================================

Well up and at it early this am with the big Mike Morrison.  This mornings bike wko was a mirror image of Tuesday.  Usually Thursday's wko's are difficult for me cause it is following Tuesday and Wednesday's hard azz workouts.  I guess you could call it the cumulative effect.

Up at 0400 and to the coffee pot I went.  Had 2 cups along with my GNC Extreme Athlete Vitamin Pak.  Love the feeling of the Beta Alanine in the pak.

Bike workout was to be total of 60 minutes with 15 minutes of ON time.  Again this is VO2 max work.  Tuesdays we did 2:30's of ON with 2:30 OFF.  Today we up'd the ante to 3:00 min ON and we even got cocky and pushed one to 4 minutes.

I am not sure if you all felt that this am.....the shaking of the earth d/t the fact this wko was nuclear.......shhhhhh BOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bike numbers as collected by the Joule 2.0 and then placed into WKO

As always need to give thanks to GOD, my family, and friends for always being there for me, supporting me and pushing me to the edge.  When I think I have nothing left in the tank I am amazed that there is always a hand on my shoulder, a phone call, or just an intuition telling me to push a little harder.

I just love this life and this sport so much.  It is great to push yourself to the limits but most of all I love watching others reach and surpass their own goals.  That smile they give when the workout is over and hearing them say I just didn't think I had it in me but yet they go on and on and on.

As 2011 comes to an end and we are looking forward to 2012 just remember you can and will.

Thanks for following me and listening
Carl Noftsger

I always love reading your blog and watching the progress you make. As a professional I always like to remind the "age groupers" that it is okay to fail and walk away sometimes cause it will be better the next time. Again, keep up the strong work and always have fun.
